Madaline Seabrook (owner of Chimes and Occasions) is our Memphis Wedding Experts.com, Facility Specialist.
Madaline opened Occasions 10 years ago in part due to her dissatisfaction in finding a suitable venue for her own wedding reception. Even years ago a beautiful, quality facility at an affordable price was just not there. Due to the success of Occasions for receptions and small courtyard weddings, she expanded four years ago to add Chimes Chapel.
Her former career as an antique dealer (Seabrook's Antiques) and love of interior design (exhibiting in three Decorator Show houses for Brook's Museum with her decorator friends) enabled her to provide the old world charm and ambiance to both of her buildings.
Madaline loves Memphis, has always lived in midtown, is married, (36 years!) and has 3 children. Her experience with hundreds of brides and their moms, plus the wonderful experience of being mother of the bride, has given her a love for, and insight into, the wonderful world of weddings!
